  1. Hi everybody,
I mean " please call me any time " in the last sentence.

  2. English writing isn't easy, even more difficult a business letter. I think that your paragraph isn't clear. You should pay more attention with your spelling. Verbs like set and run, you must add a consonant.. setting and running. Machine doesn't have two n's. It's wrong when you say stop by and looking the machine, should be look at the machine.
In your last sentence, maybe you should use a plural for policy.

  4. CONTENTS
This letter does not have enough detail to understand, but I think that maybe only my opinion because I am used to writing business leter.

    COHESIVENESS
If you put more detail, it will be good I think.
"Wonderful Time" →Even though I tried to under stand it, I could not understand why W and T were used as a capital letter. If you have time, please teach me. Maybe I was wrong..... I am not sure.

    GRAMMAR AND VOCABULARY
    seting→setting
    runing→running
These gramar were already corrected other reader.

  5. Hi Pinkberry778,
Thank you for your comment. The Wonderful Time is a newspaper name. That why I had to use the capital letter. Do you think so?
